FOUR SEASONS
As part of a corporate restructuring, Patrick Marron has been promoted to chief executive officer of Four Seasons Solar Products LLC. The company-owned stores are now being run as a separate business, Four Seasons Retail, to be led by Shaun Kennedy as chief executive officer. Both businesses will share common back office resources-most notably finance-with Mitch Pisik becoming group commercial director with responsibility for wider commercial development, finance and project work.

STRYBUC
Ren Pierangeli was promoted to the position of sales manager at Strybuc Industries, after holding several positions within the company and for the last six years serving as an account manager for the state of Florida. Pierangeli's responsibilities include managing Strybuc's growing sales team and handling corporate accounts.

ROTO FRANK
Roto Frank of America Inc. has appointaed Patrick Donnelly as Western regional sales manager. Donnelly will manage and service the western region of the country, including Texas. He is also responsible for introducing new products to existing and prospective customers, as well as expanding Roto's overall customer base.






 

DAC
DAC has hired two new project managers to lead their sales departments. Chris Hodges brings more than 19 years of manufacturing, design and sales experience from the fixture and display industry; while Jim Taylor brings more than 30 years of experience as a plant manager to the company.





 

AMESBURY
Amesbury Group's Window Hardware Division added David Kline as window hardware sales manager. Kline focuses on developing and broadening the company's window hardware product offering and catalogue offering. He also leads the team in development and execution of the casement window hardware marketing strategy. Kline spent 11 years with Builder's Hardware, where he was responsible for material management, sales and marketing and plant operations.




 

EDGETECH
Edgetech I.G. recently appointed Mike Burk to technical service manager. In his new role, he will manage technical service representatives and facilitate customer training and support programs. Burk joined the company in 2007 after spending 15 years in the industry.







 

SUNRISE
Ira Bussison, Joe Mills and Thomas Kolkmeier joined the Sunrise Windows sales team as territory managers. Bussison is responsible for the territory covering New York City, New Jersey and Philadelphia, while Mills manages the Georgia, Tennessee and Carolinas territory. Kolkmeier, with more than 10 years of sales experience, is responsible for the territory of Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Iowa and most of Wisconsin.


 

OASIS
Joyce Manufacturing Co., manufacturer of Oasis sunrooms, has hired Laura Jedacek as director of marketing and communications to manage the production of marketing support materials for the company's dealers. Additionally, Jedacek supports the marketing efforts for Oasis Sunrooms, LLC, Joyce's retail division covering the Northeastern Ohio region. Prior to Joyce, Laura worked in the product marketing department for a Cleveland software company.





 

SAPA
Alexander Cole has joined aluminum extruder Sapa Profiles Inc. as marketing coordinator for the company's newly developed technical center. Cole will assist in promoting, both internally and externally, the Portland Technical Center under the guidance of the company marketing manager.







 

OBITUARY
Alan Ungerleider, 70, a founder and former president of the Northeast Window and Door Association, passed away April 11 at a nursing home in Toms River, N.J. Starting in the storm window business, he was a co-owner of General Modulume Inc., a storm and vinyl window manufacturer founded in 1982 in S. Plainfield, N.J.
