Entryguard Doors of Concord, Ontario, has implemented CustomBuilt360 assisted selling software from 360 Innovations. The system features an  interactive quotation tool and virtual configurator designed to eliminate errors, reduce lead times and stimulate sales.

“We looked at a number of different solutions, but found that Custombuilt360 offered the most flexibility and the user interface for our dealers was a key point in our decision,” says Frank Luccisano, president of Entryguard. “We are looking to improve our selling process, not burden our dealers with difficult software and the 360 solution meets these needs. Additionally, as we continue to grow our business we are confident that the system will grow with us and we can build upon our Custombuilt360 with other 360 Innovations offerings.”

Luccisano sees the new system significantly improving the entry door supplier's process of creating quotations and contracts. "The goal is not only to speed up the process but to eliminate the risks of errors on quotes and contracts,” he adds.

“We are very proud to have Entryguard Doors as a partner and we are confident that our solutions will contribute to their success,” says Serges Rondeau, 360 Innovations VP. “This agreement allows us to increase our presence in Ontario and will help us further develop Ontario based dealers.”
