Euro Vinyl Windows & Doors, a manufacturer of Rehau window systems based in the greater Toronto area, is now live with CenterPoint, WTS Paradigm's front-end selling system, after a three-month implementation process, the supplier reports. Euro Vinyl is also working to implement MasterPoint, WTS Paradigm's back-end ERP system.

Chris Meiorin, Euro Vinyl president, has wanted to implement WTS Paradigm for years.  The vinyl window manufacturer's drive to go with WTS Paradigm came directly from existing customers who assured Euro Vinyl that they could gain market share by using CenterPoint, the supplier reports.

Started in 1986, the Woodbridge, Ontario, company didn’t have the appropriate resources and team to make the change, however. Through WTS Paradigm, Meiorin was introduced to Laura Weil, a fenestration industry veteran who has spent the previous two years implementing CenterPoint and training and supporting end-users for another company in the Toronto region.

“For the past few years, I have had the opportunity to evaluate and work in several configuration software packages,” reports Weil, now sales manager at Euro Vinyl. “Not only is WTS Paradigm’s software the best on the market, but their staff and training are unsurpassed. The ease of use, and more importantly, the powerful implementation tools have allowed for an extremely short time to market.”

With the implementation, Euro Vinyl is also looking forward to a strong 2012. “The versatility and ease of implementation of the system has allowed Euro Vinyl to distribute to more locations which in turn will increase our bottom line,” states Meiorin.

“We are excited to have Euro Vinyl as part of our growing partner base,” adds Nathan Herbst, CEO of WTS Paradigm. “We look forward to helping them grow their business and dealer network.”
