National Fenestration Products, a manufacturer of windows, doors, entrances and storefronts, recently began operations in Pompano Beach, Fla., aiming to service a wide range of markets worldwide. “The principals of NFP have over a century of experience” states Ralph Horta, NFP president. “We have achieved +90/-100 design pressures with the combination of the industry’s strongest interlayer, Safety Plus II, for the laminated impact glass and insulated laminated impact glass with Air-Tight SmartEdge foam spacer, utilizing the energy efficiency of a high tech warm-edge foam spacer."

NFP is providing its products in white, bronze, amd silver colors, as well as woodgrain finishes, that make the "windows and doors look like wood with the durability of aluminum,” Horta reports.
Recognizing the importance of the retrofit sector, the company has also developed windows that have been  tested and passed the necessary requirements without jamb anchors in most sizes, he continues. This eliminates the need to fill the block cavities at the jambs with concrete, reducing cost in retrofit projects.

The manufacturer is now establishing dealers, Horta notes.
