A company attorney is telling local news media that Twinsburg, Ohio-based Regency Window Co. is closed for good.  The window and door dealer and installer had defaulted on more than $4 million in loans and that its assets had been seized by its secured lender, Roynat Business Capital, according to an article in the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Regency had shut down operations in January, but at the time, hoped it would reopen. Attorney Roger Stewart said it was looking for Roynat to advance it money or sell the company to interested investors.  "Ultimately, they decided to conclude their business with Regency, forcing the 15-year-old company out of business," he said in an article in the Cleveland Leader.
