Roto Frank AG, parent company of Roto Frank of America, is reorganizing its business regions. Effective January 1, 2014, North and Central America will be one territory led by Chris Dimou, head of the North American region and president/CEO of Roto Frank of America and Roto Fasco Canada. As of January, Dimou will also assume responsibility for Central America, which includes the operation in Mexico, as well as the markets in Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and the Dominican Republic.

The business region of South America will then consist of Brazil, Argentina (with Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela and Bolivia) and Chile (with Ecuador and Peru), and will be headed by Jordi Nadal.

The move is a "logical" step following Roto's 2012 acquisition of Fasco Die Cast Inc. in Canada, now Roto Fasco Canada, and its 2013 acquisition of Fermax, a Brazilian hardware manufacturer, says Dr. Eckhard Keill, chairman of the board.
