SAGE Names New CEO

SAGE Electrochromics announced that Alan McLenaghan has been named CEO, succeeding company founder John Van Dine. McLenaghan joined SAGE as vice president of operations in July 2012 and led the opening of the company's new 320,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Faribault, Minn. Prior to joining SAGE, McLenaghan worked at Saint-Gobain, most recently as senior vice president of technology for its Verallia North America Division. Van Dine will remain as chairman of SAGE through the calendar year and become vice chairman for a three-year term starting in January 2014. As vice chairman, Van Dine will remain involved as a spokesperson at industry events and as a strategic advisor.
