Tyson Schwartz has been named VP of Sales & Marketing for Soft-Lite LLC, succeeding Greg Irving, who is retiring after more than 33 years in the window and door industry. In his new role, Schwartz will direct the company's sales expansion and growth, as well as oversee the in-house marketing department that Soft-Lite incorporated last year to help expand its marketing capabilities and offer its dealers even stronger marketing support.

“Tyson is a 20-plus year veteran of our industry and brings great knowledge and expertise to our team," says Roy Anderson, president. "He is a strong proponent of selling systems and has a successful background in assisting dealers with their business models. There is no doubt we are going to do great things together and build off the market-leading success we have already established in the industry.”

During Irving's six-year tenure as VP of Sales & Marketing, Soft-Lite experienced record sales, growth, acquisitions and product development.

“Greg is a true statesman in our industry. He is well known, respected, and will be sorely missed by all," Anderson says. "Greg and I go back 20 years, and I am truly sorry to see him leave. Nevertheless, I am very happy for Greg in that he will be able to finally take it easy and get to spend quality time with family and friends."
