WTS Paradigm, the supplier of window and door manufacturing and sales software, has signed a new office space agreement, giving the company the potential to more than double its current staff size in Middleton, Wis.

Adjacent to its space in Middleton, the new office is designed to better accommodates WTS's growing business. It provides increased access to multiple conference rooms, enhanced wireless capabilities, as well as a cafe and fitness center.

“We have been searching for new office space for almost a year now,” says Nathan Herbst, WTS president. “Our decision to expand during this economic time really comes down to the fact that we are fortunate enough to be growing despite the economy and have the ability to take advantage of the commercial real estate market at this time. We view this expansion as an investment for our future growth at WTS Paradigm.”

The company is working with designer Robin Stroebel on the layout of new office space. “In an effort to foster an enjoyable and soothing environment, we’ve chosen to focus on a natural-looking design that brings the outside in,” Stroebel notes. “Helping employees feel comfortable and at home stands true to their office values and will undoubtedly aid in maintaining high morale and increasing efficiency in the workplace."

Contractors are currently bidding on the renovation work.  The company is tentatively scheduled to move into the new facilities in mid-September.
