Beginning with the 2013 edition, Hanley Wood Exhibitions is changing the education and exhibit schedules of its annual Remodeling Show, as well as the co-located DeckExpo.  The exhibit hall will be open for two days, rather than three, and the the education program will be changed from four days to three.

The change is in response to feedback gathered from exhibiting companies as well as attendees and will offer both business and financial efficiencies, organizers report.  With this updated schedule, Hanley Wood Exhibitions "will continue to provide an extensive education program, all of the same networking and social events as well as an exhibit hall schedule that will result in exhibitor savings with lower travel and out of office expense."

Set for McCormick Place in Chicago, the 2013 Remodeling Show will begin October 16 with a day devoted to educational sessions.  The exhibition will be open October 17-18, with conference sessions continuing both days as well.  In paring back the number of days the exhibit hall will be open, organizers have extended the hours each day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
