Meetings & Events

The new Window & Door Dealers Alliance is planning a February 9 educational webinar focusing on pending Environmental Protection Agency rules related to containment of lead paint dust during remodeling projects in pre-1978 homes.

Paul Toub from Kachina Lead Paint Solutions is the featured speaker for the session, which will address the EPA rules that go into effect in April this year.  The new rules mandate that contractor personnel working in pre-1978 homes be trained and certifed in and follow practices to prevent lead contamination.

The February 9 webinar will address the effect the rules will have on businesses and the window and door industry. Information on the session is available at www.wddalliance.org or by calling 866/342-5642, ext. 153.
