Industry Companies Make Inc. 5000

Window and door manufacturers, distributors and dealers are once again represented on the 2012 Inc. 5000, the magazine's annual rankings of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. Industry companies on this year's list range in size from ABC Supply, with 2011 revenues of $4.6 billion, down to Patriot Contractors, an installer of doors, frames and architectural woodwork, with 2011 income of $4.9 million.

Manufacturers on the list include Solar Innovations, the Pennsylvania-based producer glass enclosures, windows, folding and sliding door systems, as well as solar products, and Thompson Creek Window Co., a manufacturer and installer of replacement products serving the Mid-Atlantic region.

Replacement window dealers and installers on the Inc. 5000 list include America's Window, Window World of Baton Rouge and Window World of D.C.  Two past Window & Door Dealers of the Year in the rankings are Professional Builders Supply, which supplies windows, doors and other building producrts to professional builders and contractors, and Power Home Remodeling Group, which sells and installs windows, doors and a varierty of other exterior building products.
