The National Sunroom Association announced the winners of its 2007 NSA Design Awards at its annual meeting in San Antonio in March.

Winners were selected in six categories based on aesthetic appeal, how well the product enhances the architecture and natural surroundings of the home or setting and its interior appeal and functionality.

SunPorch Structures, based in Westport, Conn., was honored for one of its projects in the $15,000 and under glazed roof category. SolarWorks, based in Cincinnati, manufactured and installed the winner in the $15,000 to $30,000 glazed roof category, and Solar Innovations, Myerstown, Pa., won for its home entry in the glazed roof sunrooms, $30,000 and over category.

PGT Industries manufactured all three award winners in the opaque roof sunroom categories. Also sweeping the three price range categories for these type of projects was its dealer, Southern Exposure Sunrooms, based in Wilmington, N.C.
