For the third year, WTS Paradigm has supported a local family through Habitat for Humanity of Dane County, located in Wisconsin. In August, employees of the software supplier volunteered their time and energy to help build a WTS Paradigm-sponsored home, with the company also donating all the windows and doors.

“WTS Paradigm has been fortunate to see continued growth and strength during this tough economic time," states Nathan Herbst, CEO. "In turn, we believe it is important to continue to support and help local families and businesses and create a culture of giving.”

Staff members from WTS Paradigm donated part of their weekend to the Tobias family project. Volunteers were put to work installing all the windows and hanging siding panels.

“Habitat for Humanity provides that unique opportunity to do team building with coworkers while also offering a service for people in our local community,” says Chris Pauly, senior developer. “It's such a rewarding experience to lend a hand in building a house. Also, working alongside with the family who will be moving into the house gives you that extra incentive to do a great job since you know personally who will be living there.”
