Mike Burk Joins INTIGRAL as Director, Workforce Development

INTIGRAL, an integrated insulating glass fabricator for window and door manufacturers, appointed Mike Burk to director, Workforce Development. Burk joins INTIGRAL with more than 25 years of industry experience and an extensive background in training and development. He most recently served as a product sales specialist for Quanex Building Products.

“As a company, we have always put a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and providing continuous value to our customers,” says Jason Thomas, president of INTIGRAL. “We believe Mike is the perfect person to further develop our training programs and uphold our commitment to providing best-in-class training to our workforce in order to better serve our customers. Burk is well known in the fenestration industry as a columnist and advocate for training and safety. He is actively involved with industry organizations as the current chairperson for the Insulating Glass Manufacturing Association’s Glass Safety Awareness Council and former chairperson for IGMA’s Certification and Education Committee. 

“INTIGRAL has made many advances in the manufacture of IG and has accumulated an abundance of knowledge over the last 26 years,” Burk says. “Our strategy will be to capture and share that knowledge to continually improve our organizational performance."
