Soft-Lite Windows made several key appointments to its management staff including a new chief financial officer; controller; director of credit and collections; and measure and install manager.

Kyle Pozek, a three-year employee of Soft-Lite, has been promoted to the position of chief financial officer. Prior to joining Soft-Lite, Pozek worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jamie Summers is Soft-Lite's new controller. She previously worked as a senior associate in the private company services audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

John Bartlebaugh will now serve as director of credit and collections, transitioning from his previous position as credit supervisor at Soft-Lite for the past two years. Bartlebaugh has nearly 20 years of experience in the credit and collections field, most of it focusing on the window and door industry. He will replace Ken Graves, who recently retired after serving as Soft-Lite's director of credit for over 11 years.

Cory Rovnak has also joined the Soft-Lite team as the Baltimore-area measure and install department manager. She comes to Soft-Lite with over five years experience in the home remodeling industry and has a proven track record in creating and implementing successful installation processes.
