Winchester Industries, the manufacturer of Bristol and Oxford replacement windows and doors, has hired Henry “Chip” Schildmeier, as its new national sales manager. With 23 years of window sales experience, he is responsible for growing the Pennsylvania-based manufacturer's dealer sales program.

Schildmeier is said to bring a great deal of enthusiasm and knowledge to recruiting, developing and nurturing new accounts. His background also includes development and implementation of sales training programs and managing canvass teams.

The company also reports that it soon plans to celebrate 30 years of triple-pane replacement window manufacturing. In October 1983, Winchester’s owners recognized the need for triple-pane replacement windows as a means to saving energy.  Thirty years later, Winchester reports more than two million windows installed nationwide.

Winchester plans to aggressively expand its dealer base so more homeowners have the ability to purchase high-quality, custom, triple-pane products, officials state.
