  • Pella Corporation announced it is acquiring Grabill Inc., a designer and manufacturer of custom luxury windows and doors for elite properties. Grabill  will become Grabill Windows and Doors Inc.   • Builders FirstSource Inc. announced it agreed to buy competitor ProBuild Holdings LLC for $1.63 billion, according to an April 13 Bloomberg report. The companies had 2014 combined revenue of $6.1 billion. The ProBuild purchase is expected to close in the second half of 2015.   • Andersen will add equipment and expand its facilities in Cottage Grove and North Branch, Minn., Minnesota Public Radio reported.
