Colorado-based Accent Windows filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in early March, with plans for the replacement window maker to be acquired by P.H. Tech Corp., its supplier of vinyl extrusions.

An advanced technology coating machine is being installed at Guardian Industries Corp.'s Richburg, S.C., float glass plant, which will enable the facility to produce its ClimaGuard and SunGuard energy-efficient glass products for residential and commercial buildings.
