  • Guardian Industries will close its Reedley, Calif., glass fabrication plant on May 2, citing ongoing economic challenges.   • CopyTele, Inc. announced that its subsidiary, J-Channel Industries Corp., has entered into an agreement with YKK AP America Inc. in connection with JCIC's patented J-Channel Window Frame Construction technology.
