To help raise money and awareness for men's health, specifically prostate cancer, 52 employees at Durabuilt Windows & Doors recently particpated in MOvember, growing moustaches during the month of November. The number of OSHA recordable accidents is significantly lower at Gorell Windows & Doors over the past year—down from 42 recordable accidents in 2010 to just 17 so far this year. Vinylmax Windows, the Ohio-based manufacturer of wood and vinyl replacement windows, has gone one full year–more than 300,000 man hours– without a lost work time accident, officials report.
