The U.S. Occupational Health and Safety Administration has recognized ProVia Door's glass fabrication facility as a Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star. The U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy has accepted Gorell Windows & Doors into its "Save Energy Now Leader” program. Endura Products Inc., the manufacturer of door system components, is the first industry supplier to report it has started to use a Quick Response or QR codes to enhance its marketing efforts and track user response.
QR codes can be scanned by smartphone cameras and devices. Once scanned, they automatically link the device to Web sites, text, photos or videos.
