Atria Building Products, a manufacturer of wood and vinyl windows based in Johnstown, Ohio, officially closed its doors last week. David Gerhardt, president, attributed the decision to close to continued weakness in market, combined with additional regulatory burdens.

Haddon Windows LLC, previously operating as Accu-Weld, has changed its corporate name to Haddon Windows & Doors. The name change is part of a strategic integration and revamp of the 29-year-old Accu-Weld and Speyer Door & Window, officials state.
The Haddon family originally purchased AccuWeld, the manufacturer of windows and doors based in Bensalem, Pa., at the beginning of 2009.... more »
