Fiberglass Lineals

Advanced Fiber Products manufactures pultruded fiberglass lineals as a high-strength, lightweight, corrosion-resistant alternative to steel, aluminum and wood for a variety of applications, including window and door components. The material has low thermal conductivity, which the company reports reduces or eliminates the need for thermal barriers or insulation. It is also dimensionally stable, with a lower contraction and expansion rate than steel, aluminum, vinyl and other plastics.
