International Builders’ Show

January 9, 2019

Design & Construction Week features the co-location of the National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show and the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Kitchen & Bath Industry Show, held Feb. 19-21 in the Las Vegas Convention Center. This mega-event will bring together more than 80,000 builders, general contractors, remodelers, designers, flooring professionals and product specifiers from around the globe, according to event officials. And, this year’s event marks the 75th anniversary of IBS.

New this year, the Window & Door Dealers Alliance is a supporting organization of DCW. As such, WDDA members will have access to discounted registration for the event. The organization’s leaders will also participate in the Design & Construction Week Executive Roundtable to discuss issues and trends in the North American housing market and exchange ideas with other industry thought leaders.

“We’re excited for the opportunity to connect with more residential window and door dealers through Design & Construction Week,” says Katie Gregg, WDDA’s associate director of industry and member engagement. “To get to know them, and to let them know everything WDDA offers.”

“We have seen explosive growth in Design & Construction Week over the past few years, primarily due [to] the draw of having so many big industry players all in one place,” says NAHB CEO Jerry Howard. “The support of WDDA only further bolsters the prominence of this event. DCW has become the premier event for our industry, and we expect the 2019 show to be the best year yet.”

Window & Door magazine will be reporting live from the event; be sure to follow @WindowDoorMag on Twitter and Instagram for updates on all the fenestration action on the floor. Stop by booth #N815 to visit with the staff from the magazine as well as representatives from WDDA. In the meantime, see a handful of the windows and doors that will be on display at the show and photo highlights from last year’s event.
