Do You Tweet?

THE TALK... | Sales & Marketing

Along with the many products on display last week in Las Vegas, I couldn't help but notice the number of signs in various displays exhorting attendees to "Follow us on Twitter."  One manufacturer noted to me they were celebrating their first anniversary of "tweets."  There was no shortage of Facebook mentions too.

It's clear social media is being used by more and more companies. The window and door industry may not be on the cutting edge (and I will certainly admit to not being there myself) when it comes to this kind of thing, but I suspect we're not that far behind the mainstream, if at all.

I thought I would use this week's poll to get a better picture.  And, of course, I'd like to hear more about what folks are doing out there.  Do you tweet for business or pleasure?  If your company is using Twitter, who are you tweeting and why?  Email me and tell me all about it, and I'll even let you use more than 140 characters.

Do You Tweet?
I do and my company does too.
I do but my company doesn't.
I don't but my company does.
I don't and my company doesn't either.
