AGC Glass Announces Sale of U.S. Commercial Fabrication Division

AGC Glass Company North America announced the sale of the assets of its U.S. Commercial Fabrication business unit to Trulite Glass Solutions LLC.

AGC holds a leading position in primary products, and will continue to focus on the core strength of the business in manufacturing glass and innovating new coating technologies, according to the company. In addition, the company will continue to invest in expanding the capabilities of its Boardman, Ohio and Quakertown, Pa. residential fabrication plants, which play a key role in supporting AGC’s residential strategy and customers. AGC’s team of architectural representatives will continue to work closely with designers and architects, driving specifications for AGC architectural and interior products in all regions of North America.
