Caldwell Launches New Web Site

Caldwell Manufacturing Co. North America LLC has launched a new Web site to support a re-branding strategy. The site,, is designed to showcase its diverse product offerings, as well as information on choosing the right balance to fit specific needs.

“It’s all about raising the bar for ourselves and being professional in all that we do," says Eric Mertz, president and CEO. "Our web site is not a requirement for doing business in our industry today. But it sure makes sense in the fierce market place of today’s fenestration hardware suppliers. Our up-to-date Web site will bring relevant and timely information to our current and potential customers, business partners and employees."

The new site allows visitors to request help 24/7 from its easy-to-use online forms. Other features include the ability to download product sheets and a news and events page.  “Via our web presence, the information is now up-to-date, fresh and available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week," says Mertz.
