A manufacturer of windows and doors based in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada, Westeck Windows & Doors is implementing CustomBuilt360, an assisted selling system from 360 Innovations

“We are highly motivated by this agreement,” says Casey Kerkhoff, Westeck president. “We were looking for software that would improve our sales process and the 360 Innovations team has proven they can meet our expectations. Beyond the software, we have met a dynamic team who is proficient in the windows and doors market, which was an important criteria for us."

Kerkhoff notes that references obtained from other companies using 360 Innovations software has been able to convince the manufacturer of the supplier's value.  "We are now confident of being able to implement a system that will greatly help us.”

“This is an opportunity to significantly improve our process of creating quotations and contracts," adds Terry Adamson, also of Westeck. "The goal is not only to speed up the process but to eliminate the risks of errors on quotes and contracts. The solutions offered by 360 Innovations include advanced features that greatly facilitate quote entry while offering professional documents to our customers. These solutions, once implemented, will no doubt contribute to the growth of sales and the improvement of customer service.”

Westeck provides a variety of vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum and wood products, serving multi-family, industrial, residential and institutional markets throughout British Columbia and the United States. Following the implementation of the new selling system, the Canadian manufacturer is looking at implementing the production modules of 360 Innovations in order to fully enjoy improved integration, Adamson reports.

“Westeck W&D was looking for an efficient sales solution for its complete network," says Serge Rondeau, 360 Innovations VP.  "We understood their needs and we knew how to put them in context and prove the benefits our solutions bring. The proposed architecture also allows Westeck W&D to evolve at its own pace.”

“We are very proud of the confidence that Westeck W&D has put in our company and we are confident that our solutions will contribute to their success,” adds St├ęphane Mondoux, president of 360 Innovations. “This agreement allows us to increase our presence on the West Coast of the country and we expect to make a real success of this project. The seriousness that has demonstrated Westeck W&D in its selection process is an additional evidence of the quality and depth of our offer and we intend to continue our efforts in order to maintain our reputation as a leader in the industry.”
