The National Glass Association’s Glass Magazine and The Architect's Newspaper have partnered to bring the NGA Architects Forum – Glass + Performance to GlassBuild America: the Glass, Window & Door Expo.  Expected to draw more than 150 architects, the forum will take place Wednesday, September 11, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

"We are very excited about bringing the architecture community to the premier glass, window and door event in North America," say Jim Gandorf, NGA VP of association services; Nicole Harris, NGA VP and publisher of Glass Magazine; and Diana Darling, founder and publisher of The Architect’s Newspaper. "This is a great opportunity for architects and designers to not only get a day of meaningful education but to also have the ability to see and experience the latest technology and high performance products that the glass and glazing industry has to offer."

The NGA Architect's Forum will bring together designers and industry professionals for an intensive one-day program on the design, fabrication and construction of high performance architectural and decorative glass. Highlights will include a keynote address by architect Neil Denari, a leading figure in L.A.'s dynamic design scene, and an exclusive look at the Herzog & de Meuron's new Miami Art Museum, currently under construction. AIA CEU credits are available.

Architects Forum registration includes the workshops, demonstrations, lunch and a closing networking reception, in addition to three-day access to the GlassBuild America trade show floor. More details and registration information are available on the GlassBuild website.
