Benjamin Moore unveiled its 2014 Color of the Year, Breath of Fresh Air, as part of its Color Trends 2014 palette.

Ellen O'Neill, creative director for Benjamin Moore, announced the latest color at the opening of the company’s New York City showroom during Fall Market 2013 for architects and designers. According to Benjamin Moore, Breath of Fresh Air is a gorgeous, ethereal blue serving as a “new neutral” that is livable and functional.

“Our Color of the Year and Color Trends 2014 palette is a direct result of the fresh color cues and pastel trends we've seen throughout the home furnishing, fashion and even pop culture landscape,” said O'Neill.

The Benjamin Moore Color Trends for 2014 palette includes 23 carefully selected Benjamin Moore paint hues that harmonize with one another.
