Glass Doctor Honors Mississippi Franchisee

July 9, 2009

Brad Roberson of the Glass Doctor of Brookhaven/Jackson, Miss., received the Glass Doctor President’s Award at the company’s 2009 Annual Reunion Conference in Las Vegas last week. The award is given to a franchise owner who is committed to building a great Glass Doctor franchise, helps other franchisees and overcomes business challenges, the company notes.

“Brad deserves this award because he refused to participate in a recession,” said Mark Dawson, Glass Doctor president, in presenting the award. “In the past year, Brad and his Glass Doctor team expanded service to the Jackson area and more than doubled their sales. I believe that hard work and perseverance need to be rewarded.”

“I’m honored and humbled to receive this award,” Roberson said. “Everyone on our team has done a great job providing exceptional service to our customers in Brookhaven and now in Jackson too.”

A leader among franchises, the Brookhaven/Jackson operation offers customers Glass Doctor’s newest products and services, including energy-efficient windows by MI Windows & Doors that qualify for federal income tax credits.

Glass Doctor reports it is the largest chain of full-service glass franchises in the United States, offering products ranging from windows to windshields to storefronts, as well as custom glass services, such as tub and shower enclosures, entry door glass and mirrors. Serving the residential, commercial and automotive markets, the company now has 360 locations and 170 franchise owners in the U.S. and Canada.
