Weather Shield Manager Receives NAHB Award

Marv Doering, Weather Shield Windows & Doors territory manager for eastern and north central Wisconsin and the upper peninsula of Michigan, has received a Life Spike Award from the National Association of Home Builders. He received the award for helping to recruit new members to the association. NAHB members earn spike credits for each new member they sponsor, and continue to earn retention credits for each year the recruited member renews. Doering received the Life Spike level of 25 credits. He is a charter member of the NAHB chapter in northern Wisconsin, founded in 1993. In honor of this award, Doering received a plaque and a pin from the NAHB, as well as additional VIP treatment throughout the year, including an invitation to an exclusive reception at the International Builders' Show. Doering has been a territory manager for Weather Shield for 34 years. During his tenure for the company he has been named Regional Sales Person of the Year four times, named to the President's Club four years and received the Edward Lee Schield Award in 1988 as the company's top sales person.
