The WTS Paradigm team between the morning and afternoon shifts.

For the fourth year in a row, WTS Paradigm has sponsored a local family through Habitat for Humanity of Dane County, Wis. On August 18, employees from the software supplier volunteered their time to help build a home for Karen Walters and her 10-year-old daughter Elizabeth.

WTS Paradigm donated all the windows, doors, and garage door for the Walters family home, located in the Madison, Wis., area. The windows used were Visions 3000 from WeatherShield, one of the supplier's partners. Volunteers from WTS Paradigm put up insulation and house wrap, as well as installed the windows and the patio door.

Joel Fields, CFO, and Ben Butz, sales development representative, working together to install a window.

“WTS Paradigm is proud to sponsor Habitat for Humanity and help the Walters family," states Joel Fields, CFO. "We believe it is important to create a culture full of giving, and our employees look forward to this yearly event. It is a lot of fun and an excellent opportunity to learn about the building process and the industry we serve.”
