The Program

LeadMatch by PGT Innovations provides five different ways (directions, quotes, phone calls, messages and live chat) for homeowners and industry professionals to connect with PGT Innovations dealers, then compiles and organizes the customer data into one system for dealers to access and manage. This proprietary sales tool and customer relationship management system was designed for the fenestration industry and includes features defined by feedback from the company’s dealers. 

LeadMatch supports dealers that serve various market segments by providing them with residential and commercial leads within their servicing areas, both domestically and internationally. An array of sales tools are also available within the system for dealers to utilize throughout the sales process, and downloadable marketing assets can be used on dealer websites and social media accounts.  

Initial training materials and videos familiarize dealers with the basics of the system, and a responsive knowledge base offers additional training on the more advanced features. With LeadMatch, dealers can be enrolled, trained and start receiving business in less than 15 minutes, according to the company. 

To date, LeadMatch has generated and provided PGT’s dealers with over $250 million in lead value. One residential dealer alone reported $1.2 million in sales over just four months, and one commercial dealer alone closed a $1.4 million project from a single lead.
