The Product

This one component water-based coating for PVC/vinyl is designed to be applied at full coverage in one application; a true one component system. The user friendly application features allow window and door manufacturers to easily train anyone to paint without having to hire a skilled painter, helping to build the workforce in the industry and address labor issues. It can be manually or automatically applied in one application. Anything unused can be stored for up to a year. NuCoat's VL 24 series product is used for vinyl and PVC products specifically targeted to window and door manufacturers, vinyl extruders and window and door dealers that want to extend the life of their products and protect against the elements. NuCoat has helped simplify paint operations from entry level (small) welded units/windows/ doors all the way to large volume application in lineal form.
