All Weather Architectural Aluminum Names Steve Palmer Director Of Operations

All Weather Architectural Aluminum announced that Steve Palmer has been named the new director of operations. Palmer will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process from managing daily operations, upholding quality control standards, implementing  improvements, ensuring safety compliance and evaluating organizational efficiency to maximize All Weather’s productivity and effectiveness.

Palmer's experience

Palmer has 35-plus years of  fenestration industry experience split between operations, global supply chain, new product development and business system implementations working for Milgard Windows and Anlin Windows. Palmer is also APIC CIPM and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
