AmesburyTruth launched the new Pinnacle block and tackle balance. For use in hung windows, this design offers a modern approach to sash weight management that is both universal in fit and function, according to the company.
“Pinnacle’s innovative design provides simplified installation, increased performance, enables SKU simplification, and the opportunity for more space for window manufacturers to enhance the window design or reduce window costs," says Michelle Nissen, vice president of product management.
The universal mounting clip allows for installation into existing specifications, while still fitting in most standard window profiles. The Pinnacle balance yields a more reliable lockup directly into the balance that is designed to minimize zing-ups and offer a strong pivot interlock system.
“Block and tackle balances play a critical role in the performance, design and functionality of hung windows. The Pinnacle balance will be a game-changing addition to AmesburyTruth’s product offering and the industry,” says Bob Burns, president of AmesburyTruth. Pinnacle will be produced in two of AmesburyTruth's North American facilities.
