Builders FirstSource completed the acquisition of Wyoming Millwork, an independent building products distributor in Delaware.
Founded in 1994 by Dave Failing, Wyoming Millwork has two locations in Delaware that aim to serve custom and semi-custom builders with lumber and sheet goods, windows, doors, millwork, trusses, and other building products.
Acquisition goals
The addition of Wyoming Millwork’s operations will complement BLDR's three existing locations in the state:
- Georgetown DE lumber yard
- Middletown DE lumber yard
- Stanton DE lumber yard
Though the company's revenue dipped slightly in the second quarter of 2024, Builders FirstSource continues acquiring businesses throughout the United States. As CEO Dave Rush stated on the company's latest earnings call: "Our M&A pipeline remains healthy, and we believe we can continue to acquire in a fragmented market.”
