Cornerstone Building Brands introduced upgrades to the Simonton MaxView multi-slide vinyl patio door.
The new features
Its new features include black and bronze co-extruded exterior color options, alongside expanded sizes of up to 10 feet in height or 30 feet in width and design pressure ratings for select sizes of up to 70 to meet High-Velocity Hurricane Zone requirements. The design pressure ratings determine a product's ability to withstand various external forces such as wind, water and air pressure.
The MaxView patio door integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a flow throughout the living environment. It enhances natural light penetration while offering unobstructed views. The addition of black and bronze color options provides a contrast against lighter-colored siding or trim. Plus, it features a white interior to complement several color-coordinated handle options.
These new colors are applied using co-extrusion, which aids in retaining its color and character in any climate over the years. This offers several benefits for homeowners and residential contractors, including:
