CRL unveiled the Zero Shower Collection for shower enclosures. With a detachable design, the Zero Hinge makes installation more efficient for glaziers as the hinges are mounted to the glass in the prone position and then attached to pre-installed wall mounts. The Zero Hinge Collection includes the hinges as well as clamps, both engineered with beauty plates to conceal mounting mechanisms from sight completely.

The strength of the Zero Hinge is capable of handling glass doors more than 50% heavier and 15% wider. The Zero Hinge also has:

- Zero projections
- Zero competitors that offer equivalent performance, aesthetics, flexibility and ease of installation
A glazier can complete the entire installation, including beauty clamps, from outside of the shower. Zero Hinge wall plates are mounted on the shower walls, and then the hinge itself is conveniently and comfortably attached to the glass door and glass panels while positioned horizontally. The simple placement of pins in each hinge secures the installed hinge to the wall plate. The door can be adjusted to the zero position at a single hinge with an Allen wrench. Installation is completed with a series of gaskets and beauty plates that cover all the mounting mechanisms.

There is absolutely no other shower-enclosure hinge like the Zero Hinge on the market today,” says Marco Gaebel, product manager at CRL. “The meticulous engineering we have built into the Zero Hinge has resulted in a device that makes the glazier’s life much easier, much simpler, and results in an installation that looks fantastic.”
Accessory kits are available to transform this hinge to support other popular shower enclosure applications and mounting angles: 90 degrees, 135 degrees and 180 degrees. The accessory kits consist of adapters that are installed into a pair of identical Zero Hinges that are mounted back-to-back, fixating the mounting angle of the glass panel.
