As the New York metropolitan region recovers and reopens after the coronavirus pandemic, Crystal Window & Door Systems' flagship production facility in New York City is fully operational and able to provide all services, according to the company. The company continues to follow all CDC, New York State Health Department and OSHA guidelines regarding employees, customers, vendors and others entering the facility.
“Our 25 product lines and our support services in New York are available for our trade customers, including quotations, order execution, counter sales, production, shipping, delivery, order pick up, engineering and design, and technical consultation,” says Steve Chen, Crystal president. “Like all manufacturers, we have had a few issues with supply chains which impacted production. However, these are being resolved and for the most part our suppliers have done a great job. So, moving ahead, we are ready to provide everything our trade customers, design and construction professionals, and the real estate community need for their fenestration projects.”
Crystal's other national manufacturing locations in Chicago, Riverside, California, Scranton, Pennsylvania, and Union, Missouri, are also at full operation.
“It was a very difficult time here in New York, but we rose to the challenge,” says Chen. “Combined with Crystal’s national production capabilities we were able to adjust and continue to manufacture products throughout the crisis.”
