Cyncly announced the appointments of Wynn Grubbs as general manager for Cyncly’s flooring, kitchen, bathroom and furniture for retail solutions and Mark Lukianchuk as general manager for Cyncly flooring solutions.
“Our leadership team is excited to be bringing Wynn and Mark into Cyncly,” says COO James Hamilton. “Across our organization, we’re committed to delivering industry-leading solutions that help our customers deliver outstanding consumer experiences, more efficiently and profitably. Wynn and Mark both bring the right skillset to accomplish this goal, as well as a track record of success when it comes to serving customers and scaling B2B businesses.”
Grubbs' experience and responsibilities
Grubbs brings over two decades of experience in high-growth SaaS companies to this role, including experience supporting retailers through software solutions, including e-commerce, order management, point-of-sale, CAD and PLM systems. Most recently, he held multiple general manager roles and CRO organization leadership positions at PTC.
As the head of Cyncly’s kitchen, bath and furniture retail solutions, Grubbs will lead the strategy to serve designers and retailers. In the coming weeks, he will work closely with Gordon Bartels, who will transition away from day-to-day operational responsibilities as he takes on a strategic advisory role.
"I am thrilled to be joining Cyncly at a time when the industry is transforming rapidly,” says Grubbs. “I believe we can play a pivotal role in shaping this transformation to the benefit of designers and retailers. I am looking forward to learning from Gordon and creating an environment of collaboration so we can help our customers create amazing spaces.”
Lukianchuk's experience and responsibilities
Lukianchuk brings a strong track record as a general manager who has scaled multiple B2B software companies, as well as experience serving retail customers, including both enterprise and SMB customers, and product experience across multiple markets.
As the head of Cyncly’s flooring solutions, Lukianchuk will lead the strategy for serving residential and commercial flooring customers with one integrated solution that addresses the full project cycle: from consumer inspiration and engagement to optimized project estimation, selling and resource management.
“My role is to help drive focus, influence and passion to enable the Cyncly team to exceed our goals,” says Lukianchuk. “Cyncly’s flooring solutions team already serves a wide range of customers who gain real value from their investment. With our knowledge of customer needs and our resources for product innovation, we have a tremendous opportunity to shape the future of this market.”
