Profile wrapping and foiling lines manufacturer Duespohl Maschinenbau will be at this year's GlassBuild America, exhibiting an entire profile wrapper and a maximally automated slitting machine to show visitors advanced profile wrapping solutions to help them optimize their processes.
What the company will be showcasing
At booth 2946, Duespohl will present a profile wrapper, MultiWrap Window, with optimized standard equipment that reduces set-up times, simplifies the handling and minimizes downtimes. The Germany-based manufacturer of profile wrappers specializes in customized lines. Each line will be configurated to optimally meet the individual project’s requirements. The configuration to be showcased at GlassBuild 2023 has been designed to wrap PVC window profiles with PVC foil.
Duespohl will also showcase the slitting machine AutoCut with automatic knife positioning and tension control. The automatic knife positioning improves working safety as well as process safety in settings. A new system that aims to simplify the identification of surface material and warehouse management will also be presented for the first time in the U.S. at GlassBuild 2023. The new solution, called ReelScan, includes a printer connected to the slitting machine AutoCut, which prints stickers with bar codes. These store information on length, color and width of the cut reels.
