Euro-Wall announced the promotion of company veterans Wade Mammon to Director of Sales – East Region and Vann Parker to Regional Sales Manager – West Region for the state of Florida.
Goal of these new regions
By dividing the Florida market into two corridors and investing in regional leadership, Euro-Wall hopes to ensure its customers benefit from tailored market strategies, stronger partner engagement and a more efficient sales process. With an optimized sales leadership structure in place, Euro-Wall aims to provide a higher level of service, increase market penetration, and ultimately drive business growth in Florida and the Southeast.
What leadership says
“Euro-Wall’s refined sales approach is strategic and customer-centric; it aligns with our commitment to give our dealer partners an elevated service experience,” says Shawn Harlacher, vice president of sales at Euro-Wall. “By promoting Mammon and Parker to these localized leadership roles, we can guarantee that every project receives dedicated attention from start to finish, strengthening relationships up and down the channel. In turn, we can deliver on our promise to provide superior customer service while supporting Euro-Wall’s long-term growth strategy.”
Mammon's and Parker's experience, responsibilities
Newly appointed Mammon has been an instrumental part of Euro-Wall’s growth, demonstrating leadership and expertise in business development. As Director of Sales – East Region, Mammon will focus on increasing market penetration in the eastern corridor of Florida, leading hands-on engagement with Euro-Wall’s dealer partners, architects, GCs, engineers, and builders to foster long-term collaboration.
Parker brings over two decades of extensive project management experience to his role as Regional Sales Manager – West Region. In this new position, Parker will support seamless project coordination from specification to installation, reducing sales cycle times in the western corridor of Florida; enabling a more efficient sales process.
