Former NFL Player Dan Hampton Gives Keynote Address on Leadership at FGIA Virtual Summer Conference

Participants heard a keynote address from a former Chicago Bears NFL player at the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance Virtual Summer Conference. Longtime defensive tackle Dan Hampton, known as “Danimal,” spoke about the importance of leadership, particularly the ability to adapt to change – an especially important skill now, during COVID-19.

“As we know, change is always changing,” said Hampton. “You gotta be able to think on your feet.”
