LuxWall Inc. announced that Jay Phillips has joined the company as its new chief revenue officer. With extensive experience in the industry, including notable turns at PPG Industries, Oldcastle Building Envelope and Guardian Industries as well as being a past BEC chair and president of the Glass Association of North America, Phillips brings a wealth of knowledge to LuxWall’s team.
About Phillips
Phillips joined PPG Industries in 1993 working in various customer service, supply chain and operational roles in coatings and chemicals before moving into architect and territory sales roles within PPG’s glass business unit. He then moved to Oldcastle’s Building Envelope Group in 2007 as business development director, working directly with contractors on commercial projects. In 2010, he joined Guardian Industries and held sales leadership roles in North and South America and began serving in the Glass Association of North America. Most recently, he led the commercial organization at Masonite Architectural, a manufacturer of wood doors in North America.
