Auto industry communications veteran Joe LaMuraglia has joined Jeld-Wen as director of corporate communications. He will be responsible for all external communication activities in the U.S. market for the company.
LaMuraglia spent close to a decade in various roles in the communications function at General Motors including managing corporate social media strategy, leading the GMC brand PR team, running broadcast communications in NYC and spearheading the LGBTQ outreach for the brands.
“Jeld-Wen has fantastic stories to tell about our people, our products and our communities,” says Tim Craven, EVP of human resources. “The addition of Joe to our growing team will help us share the great things happening at Jeld-Wen.”
He will report to the Vice President of Communications, Noreen Pratscher.
