Jeld-Wen disclosed the retirement of a key executive in a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Executive Vice President of Global Transformation Kevin Lilly announced his decision to retire from the company. Lilly is set to leave his role on Jan. 3, 2025.
The company, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, emphasized that Lilly's retirement is not due to any disagreements with the company's operations, policies or practices. As of the date of the report, there were no immediate announcements regarding a successor or changes to the executive team following Lilly’s departure.
Lilly's career
Lilly joined Jeld-Wen in February 2019 as executive vice president and chief information officer.
As executive vice president, global transformation, Lilly led Jeld-Wen’s enterprise transformation initiatives. In addition, he provided executive oversight for the Europe business, and has responsibility for the global information technology organization. He served as interim Jeld-Wen CEO from August to December 2022.
Previously, Lilly was vice president of information technology at Ingersoll Rand (now Trane Technologies), responsible for the residential HVAC and supply and club car businesses.
