Masonite International Corporation announced the completion of its acquisition of Endura Products. The intent to acquire was announced in November 2022. Masonite plans to integrate the Endura business into its North American Residential business segment. The acquisition purchase price was funded using proceeds from the Company's recently announced $250 million senior secured term loan as well as a combination of borrowings on its asset-based revolving credit facility and cash on hand.

Endura is a manufacturer of high-performance door frames and door system components. The company's product offerings include engineered frames, self-adjusting sill systems, weather sealing, multi-point locks and installation accessories used by builders and contractors in residential new construction as well as repair and remodeling applications.
